YOU are worth it

Everyone is different. Everyone has different opinions, thoughts and lives. That's why you can't compare yourself to others, you don't know what they have gone through.

Some people like to say bad things to others, does it really make them feel better? Like why is it good to say something bad to them? Well you shouldn't let that bother you, that's just their opinion or a way to feel better about themselves. So deeply breathe in and out and move on with your life, because it's yours and you shouldn't waste your time on them.

Sometimes people get confused with honesty and bullying, because truth hurts. Truth is like falling from the clouds to concrete or hitting your pinky toe on the corner of a wall. But then you deal with it and move on.

Once I read a story about a boy with anger issues. On the days when he said bad words, he had to hit a nail in the fence. When the boy didn't say anything bad he could take one nail out of the fence. After awhile all the nails were taken out and his father said that look at the fence, when you took the nails out, there were holes left behind and the fence will never be the same again. So be careful about what you say to others.

Many people try to blend in. Why? It's good to stand out from others (in a good way), because you should be proud of yourself and take responsibility for your mistakes. Stuff happens.

Also don't beat yourself down, like I'm not good enough or I'm the worst. Then you are! You fail once, try again, you fail twice, try again, you fail again, then try something else. But it's really pointless to say bad things to yourself, because you have to live the rest of your life with yourself. It's a lot easier when you accept yourself the way you are. Just say something nice to yourself. Like right now. Just say it! And don't forget to try new things.

On the bad days, take a second to smile. That should make you feel better.
