Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer - Review

Image
Thank you, Kelly, for recommending this product to me. I've never been good at buying concealers, but finally did it. This Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer moisturises and brightens my under-eyes. The concealer contains vitamin C and radiance pearls. This sparkles, so the finish is more radiant and awake. The coverage is light to medium, though I wish this was full coverage to completely cover the black holes under my eyes. Also then this would be better to cover blemishes. Since this creamy concealer moisturises so well, it's great for blemishes with flaky skin around them. This is pretty long lasting and doesn't crease under my eyes. This is a good affordable concealer, but the coverage could be better.

FeelUnique HAUL

Back to school soon! This year I'm going to high school and that means a lot of shopping. I finally made up my mind about what makeup I'm gonna be using and what look I'm going for. Feelunique.com had 15% off and all the products I needed. I really wanted NYX Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks. After weeks of waiting for them to be back in stock, I gave up. Maybe another time. This is the 7th time I've ordered from FeelUnique and usually my packages arrive in two-three weeks. I ordered 7 items and got 2 samples. Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin Formula 200ml £16.50 I ran out of facial cleansers and I've always wanted to try Clinique products. Also this was cheaper at FeelUnique than in stores. I can't wait to see the results. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Oil-Free B.B. Cream in Light £9.99 I have started to hate foundations because of my oily skin. But this BB cream is really mattifying, so hopefully this will save me on long school days. Also ...

Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation - Review

Image
In need for a cheaper drugstore full coverage foundation? Try Rimmel Lasting Finish 25hr Foundation With Comfort Serum. With SPF 20. They say that this blends flawlessly, seamlessly, instantly and easily into the skin. And that this is sweat, humidity and transfer proof up to 25 hours. Well not exactly. Price 7,99-9,99€ This foundation blended nicely into the skin, but left a sticky finish (even with powder). Full coverage wasn't thick and was lightweight. The coverage is buildable, but then it gets really sticky and thick. It definitely transfers onto clothes (my dark blue coat proves that). Finish was natural.  After 5-6 hours my skin was shining like a diamond and the foundation felt uncomfortable. This stayed on with sweat and humidity, only coverage was slightly lighter and cake-y. After 10 hours coverage was a lot lighter and didn't look attractive. I wore this with and without a primer. With primer the foundation stayed matte longer, but without primer th...

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder - Review

Image
As a person who is "blessed" with oily skin, a mattifying pressed powder is a must-have. Rimmel's Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed Powder  has a natural shine control with natural minerals. It is supposed to keep shine under control up to 5 hours. I'm not really sure about that, but it keeps my skin matte for few hours. After applying and re-applying it, my foundation feels really lightweight and skin refreshed. The scent of the powder is nice. I like that this a mineral powder. The packaging could be better. This keeps my foundation in place longer and is really light, so I definitely recommend it.
