Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free - Review

Image
Oily skin is annoying and so are blemishes. Since school is starting, I was hoping that a BB cream could help me. There aren't many BB creams for oily skin in the market. So after a lot of research, I decided to try the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream Oil-Free  in Light. This is perfect for combination to oily skin. I was really skeptical about this, because the Garnier BB creams I've tried before, were so bad. They were so greasy and orange.  Price 10€ This product is supposed to mattify, reduce the appearance of imperfections, boost radiance, hydrate and protect from the sun (SPF 20). This contains mattifying agents and mineral pigments. Has no parabens.   The package is simple and cute, it only leaks a little. The cream itself is more of a fluid, so it melts into the skin. This leaves skin instantly matte and is super lightweight. Though I wish this was more adaptable to skin tone. Because the shade is a bit dark and orange for my skin tone, but still ...

FeelUnique HAUL

Back to school soon! This year I'm going to high school and that means a lot of shopping. I finally made up my mind about what makeup I'm gonna be using and what look I'm going for. Feelunique.com had 15% off and all the products I needed. I really wanted NYX Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks. After weeks of waiting for them to be back in stock, I gave up. Maybe another time. This is the 7th time I've ordered from FeelUnique and usually my packages arrive in two-three weeks. I ordered 7 items and got 2 samples. Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin Formula 200ml £16.50 I ran out of facial cleansers and I've always wanted to try Clinique products. Also this was cheaper at FeelUnique than in stores. I can't wait to see the results. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Oil-Free B.B. Cream in Light £9.99 I have started to hate foundations because of my oily skin. But this BB cream is really mattifying, so hopefully this will save me on long school days. Also ...

Garnier PureActive Fruit Energy Scrub - Review

Image
In need for a new face scrub, I picked this up. Garnier PureActive Fruit Energy Daily Energising Gel Scrub unclogs & visibly tightens pores and gives skin a radiant glow. It contains extracts of grapefruit, pomegranate & vitamin C. It's for oily skin prone to imperfections. It's nice. Leaves my skin feeling nice and fresh, cleanses well, like a good face scrub should. Nothing really special.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water - Quick Review

Image
When everyone was raving about micellar water, I just had to try it out. So starting small, I bought the  Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water  mini format. Basically what you do is pour some of it on a clean cotton pad and swipe it across your face. You can use this to remove makeup or to just cleanse. Also no rinsing needed and it's great for all skin types. This removes makeup really well and it doesn't dry my face. It's also hypoallergenic, which I think is just great. Basically every time I use mascara, I get mascara on my eyelids, so I just pour this on a Q-tip to easily remove any mascara around my eyes. But micellar water is not the best eye makeup remover. During summer I used micellar water to take off sunscreen or sweat from my face. I bought the PureActive Micellar Water for my brother, so he could cleanse his face and treat few blemishes. I have also used this to remove my makeup. Both products are really good and definitely a must have for lazy peop...

Garnier Pure Active Anti-Spot Exfoliating Scrub - Quick Review

Image
I bought this product randomly.  Garnier Exfoliating Scrub fights spots, fades marks and removes impurities. It also has 2% salicylic acid & Herbasoothe (blueberry extract). It is for oily to spot-prone skin. This product has a creamy texture and microbeads.  It's just a regular facial scrub. It exfoliated my face, which is what I wanted, but I didn't see any special results. Maybe it faded some marks. Of course I didn't use it everyday, which is suggested on the package. I've read that you should use an exfoliating scrub 2-3 times a week, so that's what I did. For few days I actually used this in the mornings and nights, but it was too harsh on my skin. But for my acne I didn't see a big difference, I liked that my face  was smooth and felt really clean after washing with this. I don't think that I will purchase this again.
